Recreation Gymnastics 4-16 Years

Important Information for Members Arrival:

Please wait outside the sports hall. Coaches will collect gymnasts at the start of each session.

Club Handbook:

This will be updated regularly and emailed to all members.

Class Structure:

All sessions are delivered in a structured class format. School Holiday Timetable During school holidays, session times will be as follows:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 4:00 – 5:00pm (Ages 4–7)/ 4:30 – 5:30pm (Ages 8+)

Saturday: 10:30 – 11:30am (Ages 4–7)/ 11:00 – 12:00pm (Ages 8+)

Sunday: 9:00 – 10:00am (Ages 4–7) / 9:30 – 10:30am (Ages 8+)

Opportunities:

Opportunities for Gymnasts In-House Competitions: Gymnasts will have the chance to take part in our in-house competitions. Badge System: All members will work through our bespoke badge system, designed to support progression and celebrate achievements.

Pathways:

The badge system also creates opportunities for gymnasts to progress into our development and squad sessions, should they demonstrate the necessary skills and commitment.

Fees Monthly Fee:

£33 per month. 

British Gymnastics Membership:

All children must register with British Gymnastics before their first full session (trial sessions do not require registration). British Gymnastics membership is renewed annually from when you sign up to British Gymnastics.

Annual Club Membership:

Club membership fees (“club subs”) are payable on joining and renewed annually at a cost of £40 per year. You will make this payment when you sign up to become a member, and it will be automatically charged annually from the day you set up.

Cancellations: 

Payments & Cancellations Payments are collected via Direct Debit on a monthly basis. To cancel, please email northeastgymnastics.info@gmail.com. Cancellations received after the 7th of the month will require payment of the full fee for the following month. To request a cancellation you also need to do this through your online account to be processed by our admin team.
